These website terms do not replace the signed agreement for any service, the BAA for medical billing, or client-specific hosting and processing terms. They do not modify the CRM at app.hqlsolutions.com.
Business enquiries
You may browse and submit a genuine business enquiry. Submitting the form does not create a service contract, guarantee acceptance, reserve resources or establish pricing. Provide accurate professional contact details. Do not submit patient records, insurance identifiers, passwords or confidential client information.
Permitted use
Do not disrupt the website, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse information or infringe intellectual property. Do not falsely imply HQL endorsement or present its branding as your own. Applicable statutory rights and lawful research remain subject to governing law.
Service descriptions
Descriptions are general and subject to an agreed project scope. They do not guarantee lead volumes, conversions, reimbursements, revenue, a particular compliance certification or software outcomes. Medical billing is administrative support and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. CRM scope, integrations, migration, maintenance and hosting responsibilities are agreed per client.
Commercial arrangements
Deliverables, acceptance criteria, pricing, taxes, payment, cancellations, refunds, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, data responsibilities, service levels and liability are addressed in the relevant signed agreement. The website does not impose an automatic renewal, blanket no-refund rule, arbitration clause or fixed liability cap.
