Cookies and tracking notice

Current configuration

Our authored website remembers cookie preferences in browser local storage, with a first-party cookie backup, for 180 days. Google Analytics is enabled only after optional analytics consent. Advertising pixels and session replay remain inactive. Preferences can be reopened in the footer. The cookie control honours Global Privacy Control for advertising preferences and requires updated information before future optional providers are enabled.

Enquiry forms and providers

Tally embeds provide the enquiry form and process submissions; Tally may use technical mechanisms necessary to operate and secure the form, subject to its privacy and cookie notices. Our host serves the website and can process connection and security metadata. Google Fonts receives requests for website typography. The authored-site code is not a complete audit of every provider’s cookies, logs or storage. We do not describe the entire hosted experience as cookie-free.

Google Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, service interest and successful embedded enquiry submissions.

Google receives technical connection information and pseudonymous browser identifiers. Our measurement code sends approved page paths, language and service category; it excludes query strings, URL fragments, enquiry names, email addresses, companies and project briefs. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising signals are disabled. Analytics cookies may remain for up to 180 days, and repeat consented visits may renew them. Google Analytics event-level retention is initially two months. Refusal prevents the Google tag from loading. Withdrawal stops collection, clears authored Google Analytics cookies on this domain and reloads the page; it does not erase information previously received by Google.

Planned tracking

LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking and email-open tracking have been discussed but are not activated in this website or the proposed email automation. Before activation, HQL must document providers, purposes, event fields, lifespans, recipients, lawful permissions and required opt-out or consent controls. Cookie agreement is not blanket permission for email tracking.

Optional team chat and browser storage

The FAQ panel works without loading tawk.to. Selecting team chat loads its embedded service, which can use cookies, local storage and session storage for connection management and returning-visitor recognition. This choice is separate from Google Analytics consent: refusing analytics does not prevent a chat you choose to open.

Tawk lists identifiers such as tawk_uuid_*, twk_idm_key, twk_token_* and TawkConnectionTime. Its documentation describes some connection cookies as session-based and a returning-visitor identifier lasting up to six months. Actual storage depends on the provider, browser and embedded-chat context. We do not describe all provider storage as automatically exempt from consent requirements.

You can avoid this processing by not selecting team chat and use the enquiry form instead. Once loaded, the chat frame may remain available when you return to questions or close the panel, preserving the conversation until page navigation or reload removes it. Closing the panel or withdrawing analytics consent does not delete tawk records or all provider storage. Browser controls can manage provider storage; privacy requests address stored conversations. Any additional consent required by applicable law must be obtained before the relevant storage or processing. The current provider consent form is not enabled.
